Oscar de La Renta ruffle neck blouse

Gorgeous Burgundy ruffle neck blouse Size 4 Like new condition- only flaw is it’s missing a button from one of the sleeves ( see picture) Other then that no stains or rips. Last picture used from another posher with the same blouse but different color just to give a better idea of the style of the blouse. Great for the holidays !!
