This 100% cotton summer skirt has beautiful pleated detailing (which I tried to capture in the third photo) at the waist which let's the skirt drape so elegantly. ATTN: THIS SKIRT HAS BEEN ALTERED. My lovely grandma put in darts at the waist to bring the size down from a 2 to a 00 (see photo 4). Therefore, I am listing the size as 00 although the tag says differently. Since the skirt is pleated, the darts are super hidden. It is high waisted and it fell just below the knees on my 5'2" body.
