BUT zipper doesn’t close watertight so I don’t think they mean it closes to be waterproof just that you can put wet stuff in it & outside can get wet Has wristlet One side is clear & other side is blue w/PINK logo 9.2” L x 2.5” W x 7.5” H—smaller at top vs bottom 🆘🆘selling to raise money to pay vet bills & buy meds for my “kids”—frenchies (Bully & Lily)😓😓
