1970's Patty Woodard Quilted Black Velvet Jacket

Vintage 1970's. Quilted, black velvet, jacket with 3/4 length bell sleeves. This jacket ties in front for closure and support. The bust measures 36 inches, waist is 32 inches, shoulder to hem is 25-1/4 inches, sleeve length is approximately 21 inches, shoulder to shoulder is approximately 15-1/2 inches.
