thefrugalfro@kdfhenry yes it is lined all the way through with pockets inside, however since it is black I am having a hard time getting good pics. My favorite feature is that there are 4 metal triangles on each side so that the strap can be adjusted even better. Plus the little pocket in front perfect for a cell 👌
