@hmrennie no problem at all there is only one inch difference between the small and medium. The medium underarm to underarm is 24” the Small was 23”. Since these drop and meant to fit loose it is hard to get 100% measurements but you can definitely use that as a guide sweetie. Let me know if you need anything else ❤️
