4ngelapanSorry to sound out of place but I see that you have like a coco mademoiselle perfume for $68, sadly it’s a scam and unauthentic. I have learned that from personal experience and do not want this seller to continue it’s ways. This seller makes multiple accounts selling the same three items scamming people. I have tried to warn people by commenting on her accounts but she has blocked me from every one. The seller’s real name is Melo Ming and ships from Michigan. Please be careful.

souz45Hello, I have been trying to reach Poshmark by customer service for the correction of the sell price to 13.00 and they haven’t replied to the 4 emails I sent. I truly apologize for this inconvenience....

Dec 18Reply

mullcull@souz45 okay, they sent me an email saying to ship them back to you and I would get a full refund once you have received them. I too have emailed them a few times saying I am keeping them and you are giving partial credit....have not heard back from them as of yet

Dec 19Reply

souz45@mullcull ok thank you for letting me know. I guess their busy due to the holiday season hopefully we’ll hear back from them soon

Dec 19Reply

souz45Hello Poshmark said that the item must be returned and I would reissue the item at the sale price of 13.00. I’m not sure what we can do now. If you have any suggestions I’m all ears. I would like to make this easy for both you and I. Thank you

Dec 19Reply

mullcull@souz45 well that is just silly. I will wait & see if they email me back. They certainly will lose more money if they go that route. I am okay with keeping them, they just need to issue the partial credit....pure silly to box them up, go to a very busy post office days before xmas to mail them for you to have to re-list them all over again and ship again....doesn’t make sense

Dec 19Reply

souz45@mullcull yes I agree completely. Can’t understand why they wouldn’t be able to issue you a credit. Their customer service is awful

Dec 19Reply

mullcull@souz45 they have emailed me insisting that I return the boots to you and upon your receipt of them they will issue me a full credit. They said they do not issue partial credits. What do I do now?

Dec 20Reply

mullcullSorry about this.....I can’t believe their rules

Dec 21Reply

souz45@mullcull terrible customer service. You can return the boots to me. I’m sorry for the inconvenience

Dec 21Reply

souz45If you want let them know you want to drop the case and I’ll send you 10.00 You will have to let them know that you want to drop the case. It’s up to you...

Dec 21Reply

souz45I’m sorry I’ll send you 12.00

Dec 21Reply

mullcull@souz45 hi there, i have emailed them to drop the case that I am keeping the boots. I will go in the app now and accept the boots and hopefully that will be it. Thanks & happy holidays

Dec 21Reply

mullcullApp wouldn’t let me accept the order :( Hopefully poshmark will just close the case and be done with it. I agree they have awful customer service

Dec 21Reply

souz45@mullcull ok once they drop the case I can send you a check for 12.00

Dec 21Reply

mullcull@souz45 poshmark finally just got back to me. They have dropped the case and marked order as received per my request. Merry Christmas :)

findusalesHi - You just purchased the shaving kit from me. Just wanted to let you know I could not acess the mailing label. I have already sent Posh a note about the issue. I normally ship items same day as order but Since I don't have a mailing label your item maybe delayed until Posh gets back to me. Hopefully not more than a day or so. Thank you for shopping @Findusales.
