aleuser99 @trendsetterdiva Thanks! You too! I try to get at least 10k steps most days & eat a lot of chicken or turkey Cesar salads, no croutons. Most veggies are helpful too. If I’m going to eat something high in calories, I move more or cut back calories in a different area. It’s been working for me. I also do weight watchers at work, it helps.

trendsetterdiva @aleuser99 Thats some great info. i have heard similar diets from friend that have been successful with losing pounds. Its just been so hard to stay away from carbs because Have toddlers who love carbs. agh! The struggle is real. I guess I should start to take advise with a lot of chicken and veggies because everyone tells me it works. By the way thank you for your purchase it will ship out tomorrow for you. Happy Poshing
