ariesmoon83@tfavilla I’m so sorry it took me so long to get back to you!! So he waist measures 13”, but stretches to 17.5. Shoulders are 15” and the leg openings each measure 13”. The length is 30.5 inches. I would say this is sized closer to a medium or 4-6! Thanks so much! It would look great on you.
