Heel is 4.75 inches.
Moderate wear - heel tip can be replaced but is currently wearable. There is a light scuff on the inside of the left shoe (see last image).

@ercarost Hey! I haven't - I don't own a suede brush (or else I would try to remove it) so I'm unsure if that would help or not. I will say that it isn't super noticeable when the shoes are being worn as it's facing inside. Thanks for your inquiry!
