Cute Off the Shoulder Dress!

This cute little summer dress is by a brand called The Hanger. Bought at a boutique in Chicago. Super lightweight and carefree. Great for summer or vacation. The tag says medium, but it does run small. I’m 5’9 and it’s a little short on me. I typically wear a 4-6. If you’re a size small 2-4 this would definitely fit you. I listed it as small because it does run smaller than the tag size. The color is a navy and white stripe, sort of a seersucker vibe.
