lovenushuz@mns50711 they will only stretch if your foot need me them to. They are made of polyurethane so they mold to your feet. If you have an area that ya tight, the material can stretch and mold. If you don’t, it won’t. I hope this is helpful. PS, this shoe in different colors has been 5 star ratings across the board
