Black velvet gown

I really hate to part with this... beautiful black belt velvet/velour evening gown. Worn once to a Christmas party. It is strapless, pictures shown are straps to hang. Exquisite rhinetone detail. Very classy. There is one smudge on lower part of dress that I tried to photograph but is hard to show. I distinctly remember dropping some lotion I was applying to my arms and tried quickly to wipe off as I headed out the door. Not sure if it can be removed. I outgrew it and never tried.
