So cute. Cross cross front and back with tie top back. Cinched waist. Cross front, tulip bottom with solid underlay. Great on!
16/12 stretches up to 15 and 34 length Has elasticized waistline to cinch in the look, top is a cross over v style top, backside has a deeper v (still can wear a bra with strap!) and has a little ribbon tie at the top. Super cute! Brand is "lush" but was bought from modcloth

The way it is cut can stretch up to (in inches) 19 in the bust, 16 in the waist and the length is about 29 in front and 32 in back
