Worn once! So sweet! It's a light periwinkle blue chiffon overlay with white flowers. Size 14. The back is slightly longer, which makes it flow very nicely. Button-front with a Peter Pan collar.

@keywhirl laying flat the bust is 19" across, waist is 16", however it is elasticized and stretches further.
