@hillbro84 I do bust pit to pit lying flat and length from shoulder seam to bottom hem on shirts...the 2 most important things for women hiding bellies and enough room for the twins! Lol Jeans I do waist, inseam from crotch to end of leg and rise which is crotch to top of button...
