? Is the base color navy or black. I found with CH foot wear, normally I wear an sz8, Cole Haan, its sz 8 1/2. Hmmmmm

@teresamorgan429 Hello and thanks for your interest! These are a dark navy blue and they are true to a typical cole haan sizing which in my experience, tends to run slightly smaller; about a half size smaller thand standard size or less.
