Hi! I am fairly new to Poshmark but I want to make sure you get this message. You asked me if the zipper pull was missing. I initially thought you asked if the actual zipper was working. As I was packing it I noticed in fact the zipper PULL is missing . I am sorry for my miscommunication. I am going to send it to you today- and you can decide from there. I should of read the message you sent clearly . This is the first time with a issue and I am extremely sorry.
