tessbeauty@cynthiarubin Goodmorning Cynthia I would like to cover some things before I finalize this purchase let me know if you can see this

Jan 08Reply

cynthiarubin@tessbeauty Yes I can see this

Jan 08Reply

tessbeauty@cynthiarubin I wanted to go over some things with you because your new and this is a large purchase so you are familiar with the steps, before I accept the offer this is 100% human hair fullace Wig it’s custom dyed not sure if you ever bought a custom dyed wig before it’s not like buying clothing where it comes with tags and boxed up. This is custom dyed from virgin hair it will be sent to poshmark first for approval then you

Jan 08Reply

cynthiarubin@tessbeauty I understand Can u custom make one with same color but in 22 in for 600.00?

Jan 08Reply

tessbeauty@cynthiarubin poshmark inspects the wig and makes sure it’s 100% authentic before you receive it. Once this is done your wig will then be sent too you. This process usually takes about 4-5 days depending on where you live. After poshmark inspects the wig and approves the sale all sales are final there is no returns on custom dyed wigs, I want you to know this prior to purchasing this wig thank you

tessbeauty@cynthiarubin I have another wig that is ice blonde unfortunately I can’t do that low of a price my wigs are the best once your wig arrives you will see the difference if you bought wigs before my wigs are nice and thick lovely’s I give the length where it ends at the most thickest point the wigs are actually longer

Jan 08Reply

tessbeauty@cynthiarubin the reason they cost is this to get the wig that color it takes 3 months this is a process in order not to damage the hair. My in house stylist takes the wig and works on it for 3 months. Every few weeks she lightens it. Once she is done there is no damage the hair is soft and healthy. You can’t buy hair like this

Jan 08Reply

tessbeauty@cynthiarubin when you see it cheap it’s either not 100% or it’s super thin and brassy

Jan 08Reply

tessbeauty@cynthiarubin this wig is beautiful because the brown roots are a gentle brown they aren’t dark like other wigs

Jan 08Reply

tessbeauty@cynthiarubin I will also tag you in the ice blonde then let me know ok

Jan 08Reply

cynthiarubin@tessbeauty Wow so it lasts long? I have paid a lot before and had it a mess within 2 weeks and I take good care .

Jan 08Reply

tessbeauty@cynthiarubin exactly that’s why my wigs cost thank you for understanding not all wigs are alike and why I’m the #1 wig seller in the USA

Jan 08Reply

tessbeauty@cynthiarubin most these wigs come from out of the country they don’t have to be honest and want that one sale my goal is to have a long time client when we custom dye wigs we do it the right way so it last the other wig you bought probably was a blende or dyed way to fast

Jan 08Reply

tessbeauty@cynthiarubin this is why my wigs cost the wigs I’m having done let’s say today won’t be ready unto February it’s a process and money out of my pockets it’s a risk I take you know so because your new I want to explain the process too you so your understanding what goes into a custom dyed wig

Jan 08Reply

tessbeauty@cynthiarubin i have another wig I think you will love I Ben do 6 on

Jan 16Reply

roxyreeYep! This is exactly what my hair looked like. I wore it like that forever and I dyed my hair darker to match the root and now I want it back!! Learned my lesson. This is gorgeous!!

Jan 16Reply

tessbeauty@roxyree lol yes we all love messing with our hair that’s why Tess is here lol the one you bought had black roots

Jan 16Reply

tessbeauty@roxyree I just want to make sure you knit that this is custom dyed but with wigs most have black roots it’s rare to get them brown unless you have it custom dyed

Jan 16Reply

roxyreeOh I see! Ok the brown root is beautiful. Didn't know that.

Jan 16Reply

roxyree@tessbeauty yes!! I know the one I bought has black roots and I’m ok with that!! 💕💕💕

Jan 16Reply

tessbeauty@roxyree ok cool wasn’t sure if you could see that thank you

Jan 16Reply

roxyree@tessbeauty yes, I’m not very picky about that part but I do know some are 😃

Jan 16Reply

tessbeauty@roxyree omg I swear to you this is the truth I have two wigs that look exactly alike if you put them next to each other you cannot tell the difference one is black root the other brown but they look alike even I can’t tell but the black root is 6 inches longer so I had a client she wanted the longest wig I have I shipped it and she threw a fit I’m trying to make her happy by sending her the longest one

Jan 16Reply

tessbeauty@roxyree she noticed the difference and I have no clue why the only way to tell if you look up super duper close I explain to her I sent her the extra 6 inches she started calling me dirty names she went blazerk when I looked at her page she was a body builder I swear I think she was taking them hormones cause she went baserk I couldn’t believe her attitude any how I’m older

Jan 16Reply

tessbeauty@roxyree I been in customer service 30 years and I do go out my way for my clients but now that I’m older if they start calling me dirty names or get to extreme I won’t deal with them so I block her and she made a fake profile to buy from me lol but I’m like dang it’s not that serious

Jan 16Reply

roxyree@tessbeauty LOLOLOLOL!!! Dang it's not that serious!! Love it. You can NEVER EVER please unhappy people. They are miserable in themselves that no wig can fix and they just take it out on the good people!! No amount of excellent customer service will ever be good enough for those peeps. Sad tho! You have wonderful customer service and I appreciate you!!

Jan 16Reply

roxyree@tessbeauty yeah you can't tell most of the time because the contrast of the dark root next to the blonde is so intense. Not a big deal...... 🤓
