Blue/ Black Homecoming Dress

I bought this dress (originally floor length) for my 8th grade formal. Then I had it hemmed to be a short dress. There’s an alteration on the back by the zipper - I had it taken in to be tighter around the bust. Bought from dillards for $100 but cannot find a tag with the brand name or size. I was a size 0 in 8th grade and it still fits me as a 2. It will fit anyone that wears a size small and wears an A cup. Great condition! Only worn twice.
