rrebman7@rhoomook I may not be measuring it right, they sit so low on the hips they don’t really have a waist measurement just a hip measurement. They are a size two from ae and they’re too tight on me (5’6” 130 lbs). Let me know if you have other questions.

rrebman7@rhoomook they may fit you they are just a little too short and tight on me but may fit you more comfortably. They’re an old pair from before I had kids lol. Either way no worries!
