Adorable floral skirt from J.Crew with pockets that’s 100% cotton! Elastic waist that’s gathered on the back. Great piece to dress up or down! In excellent used condition. For washing: cold and dry on low. Measurements: Laid flat, waist is ~ 14.25” (smocking with elastic has give at back of waist). Length - top of center of waist to hem is about 18.5”. Smoke free home.
