desiredcloset@lissaloves something is deff up with your app that.. try logging off and logging back in if that doesn’t work uninstall the app and than reinstall it.. lol I just saved you hours of troubleshooting with posh support if that didn’t work you will have to contact them but tell them you already tried all the above lol

bean5669@lissaloves yea def...I thought it was just me bc I have a shit show over here with my internet & phone lines & cable, something at the pole that they can't four out yet it keeps going down for hours at a time so I was thinking my phone was just getting hung up bc it mainly operates on Wi-Fi at home & uninstalling the app didn't help so I fig thts what it was

desiredcloset@bean5669 oooo now that you mention internet mine was going down too I thought it was internet related too lol it loads forever until I get out and come back in. But not yet today. Guess it’s not my internet... Kendra tell them to check the ACTUAL Line. They never look at those and you may need a new one. That’s the last thing they go to because of all the work involved but that may be what you need.

bean5669@lissaloves oh that's annoying...well my love noted link has been broken FOREVER & I keep contacting posh telling them it doed nt work unless I delete app & reinstall then it works ONE TIME ONLY & SAME THING ALL OVER AGAIN & they still haven't fixed that either so I don't have much faith lol

bean5669@desiredcloset they said it's something at the pole with some kind of a heat level or something but they can't fig out exactly which piece but they ruled out the line already bc my line is brand new & it's not just to my house & it's a few of us it's happening to in the neighborhood & it only happens when the temps hit certain levels so between approx 10am & 2pm it goes down literally & then in the late afternoon it'll start in & out & then when temp drops at night it starts in & out again

bean5669@desiredcloset they said there's like a fluid capsule level thing that goes according to the outside temps & it's getting stuck but either they don't know how to fix it or what part to replace or they need something else like a specific tool or part idk wtf they're doing but they can't seem to fix it even tho they kno generally what seems to b happening mayb they don't kno why idk lol
