naylors5 @sunnyday789 yes it’s new & I have one & have worn it several times & it hasn’t tarnished. If you keep it in a metal box that always helps. I do know it has zinc in it & that helps it not tarnish... its super cute & I have sold many of them & haven’t had any complaints ❤️Hope that helps you 😊
