VINTAGE 🎙 Peplum-Style Oyster Dress

This royal blue beauty is a truly unique vintage find; a guaranteed conversation piece with a low-cut neckline, tulip skirt, and triangular peplum. This piece does have shoulder pads. There is some snagging in different areas, but as you can see, it is barely visible from afar. All of the ink has worn off of the tag, but fits like a large. Waist: 32”.
