ems515 @graciesells225 hi, the length from shoulder to bottom hemline is about 3 feet. The flat measurement of the empire waist (sits around high waist) is about 12.5 inches. The bust is a bit odd to measure because the backside is open at the bustline so there’s a bit of flexibility in the fit there. The fabric is also pleated so that also provides flexibility.
