bleubirdboho@sparkle_jamison I strongly that it depends on the event you plan on wearing it to. If it's a formal event I wouldn't really recommend it but if the event is much more relaxed and casual then yes. You could wear it with booties of thigh highs. I wouldn't recommend wearing it with heels because your legs will look longer making the dress look shorter.

sparkle_jamison@jmay4354 so the event is the Shen Yen musical. It's at the opera house, but I really want a sweater dress to wear with these knee high paisley red and black boots. I want to be semi casual/ formal... I dont want to look like im going to the met gala. I want the boots to be the key piece of the ensemble.

bleubirdboho@sparkle_jamison Ok so, going off from the description of the boots I really feel that this dress would be way to casual because it's almost like a pullover/hoodie type of dress. So I added two dresses of what I feel those boots you described would look really nice with and would bring attention to the boots but would really look really great altogether. Those dresses are from Lulu's.
