sassystella1215Your description section says you have PINK and RED, and the photo shows a PINK purse. You need to erase the PINK color photo, and make it clear to consumers. I started the process to return the bag with Poshmark. Fast shipping and great customer service, but not what I thought I ordered. I love you other bags, though. I might look into other bags, but I am returning this item

sassystella1215Great seller, fast shipping, and great selection of Kate Spade products....just a simple, one-time incident of not receiving the PINK color advertised in the photo and in the description section....which states she has PINK AND RED. I am more than willing to exchange the red color for pink. Otherwise, if you truly ONLY have red, then I would like a refund and to return your product.

As of September 14, 2018, this seller only has this purse in the color, Tempranill aka RED....no pink at the moment, you guys!! Just trying to help you guys out!! Reach out to the seller, though...she may restock PINK in the future....
