nkamerer2@jillian_the_pa hi! The horizontal strap is across the upper back. Because I just moved, I’m having a hard time locating my measuring tape, sorry! My bra size is 32DDD and the chest of the dress is not right and doesn’t pull anywhere. The dress is not fitted.
