redblossombtq@lawomen Hi Laura...sorry for the late reply. I meant to write back to you earlier. When the pants are stretched out on the waist (lying flat), it stretches to about 20”. I saw your offer and unfortunately I can’t go that low. My offer will be the lowest I can take. Thanks!

redblossombtq@leviskm Hi there! For the small, the waist is approximately 14” but it’s an elastic waist so this is before it’s fully stretched out. The inseam is 29”. Hope this helps! :)

redblossombtq@lawomen they run true to size. They have a flowy, loose fit with a stretchy elastic waist. I can get you some more measurements on the small here in a little bit, if you like.
