redblossombtq @leviskm Hi there! For the small, the waist is approximately 14” but it’s an elastic waist so this is before it’s fully stretched out. The inseam is 29”. Hope this helps! :)

redblossombtq @lawomen waist is 12.5” and the rise is 12”. The waist still has more stretch to it but while lying flat, it measures 12.5”. Let me know if I can help you with anything else.

redblossombtq @lawomen Hi Laura...sorry for the late reply. I meant to write back to you earlier. When the pants are stretched out on the waist (lying flat), it stretches to about 20”. I saw your offer and unfortunately I can’t go that low. My offer will be the lowest I can take. Thanks!
