mayhem1021@spartangirl2 when laid flat, it is 19inches pit to pit and 18 inches shoulder to hem. It sits directly at my waist (for reference I am a 38D, so if you have a smaller chest it may be longer, etc)

mayhem1021@spartangirl2 absolutely! It is not chunky and could be used for layering under a vest. The material is seriously so soft and not heavy, but still warm as it is a sweater!
