NWOT Forever 21 Hippie/Boho Orange Floral Dress

"A woven mini dress featuring an allover floral pattern, a scoop neckline, partial button-front closures, short sleeves, a darted bust, shirred waist with self-tie straps, and a flared hem". I bought this dress and it came with a small hole/tear (see in pic 6) and they would not let me return it. However, the tear is so small you can't really see it (see pic 7). Size small, could probably fit an XS, S, or M. Very comfortable and flowy. The hanger strings are cut off (see pic 5). NEVER WORN.
