Polyester (but feels silky). Skirt had faux wrap at bottom with ruffle down front (see 4th pic). Elastic waist. Ruching at top of shoulders, wide arm openings. Says size 8, but might fit a 10 (see measurements posted to confirm).

@tiawrice not a full length one, no. And I gained, then lost weight since I last wore this...so my proportions are different (which is why I'm selling it).
