I spent 2 years in Bloomington, having moved there to study voice with a world-famous opera singer who taught at Indiana U at the time (early 90’s). I remember the winters as being very cold! Yes, you will need that coat! It is a warm coat! It gets cold here in the Philadelphia area of PA too, but not what you would call “brutal “. We often get off easy! Haven’t you thought about moving to a more tolerable state? 🙂

someclassystyle@glimmergirl61 actually the weather is the best part cause we don't have tornado's/hurricanes/snow storms/ or earth quakes.. and pretty much the weather is always a good temperature but maybe a month to 2 at most a years but even that is not to horribly cold. :)
