@shoeheaven2000 my waist is 25.5” and it fits even with a little room (as you can see in the model pic it is not form fitting). Laying the dress out flat it is about 18” across at the waist area.
The dress seems to run a little small around the hips (as seen in pic too)... that’s how it’s supposed to fit.
