tc14377 @merilynv it’s hard to measure because this is a tie string halter dress hun. I think if u have a big chest, the tie string helps to extend it out. 😉

merilynv @tc14377 I’m actually more interested in under the chest, the rib cage, along that purple line. The dress doesn’t seem to allow for any stretch over there, with the zipper in the back and everything.
