@tiffanydaye yes, the medium is 20" across, flat lay so it's 40" around the body.

@tiffanydaye they are not 100% cotton so they don't need to be pre-shrunk. We don't use 100% cotton because they shrink and are stiff and rough. We use a cotton blend shirt so it's soft and has stretch. Our sizing chart is accurate.
