masha16 @sashaposha1 It says to mix on scalp 10 or 20 volume developer only. Or 10-40 volume developer off scalp. Mix well. Process for 30-45min without heat then rinse thoroughly.

sashaposha1 @masha16 ok thanx so this lightens hair then sounds like? but then would I probably need to do a color toning process after to get the cooler tone blonde color I want? And if so does it matter which brand?? I know u said your not a professional stylist but any more info would help-thnx
