kristamadams@vic574 Hi! I looked into this problem, & I'm not sure what to do to fix it. I tried it on different chains & added an extra jump ring, but mine is still twisting around as well. I have a link chain, a black cord & a black organza ribbon cord that I can send you to try out, as well as a pendant with an additional jump ring on it--but none of them seem to totally fix the issue.
