What are the waist and bust measurements? Is this stretchy? It looks like a small 20

@sunitabaker1897 waist is 42 inches and bust is about 50 inches but with the lace up top that can easily be adjusted. The fabric is a poly/elastane blend, so it’s a nice stretchy and flowy material. The tag size says US 16 or UK 20. For reference my measurements are 31/32 in. waist, 41 in. hips, and my bra size is a 34H. It’s at least 2 sizes larger than me. Hope this helps!
