zaiylee@leanzas the cut out portion in the back is smocked which allows about 2-3 inches of extension. the front is a self-tie, so you'll be able to adjust the fit. If the bust measurement is 38 inches you will be okay. If it's 39-40 inches it won't fit properly. we are updating the listing, the color is an off-white than a pure white.
