georgiapeach764@ckmr 23.5” across the hip when pulled taut and measured seam to seam. 19” across when measured hanging on the hanger. The fabric is not stretchy. The only stretch is in the elastic under the bust. Hope that helps 😊

georgiapeach764@jbricks I’m sorry I don’t have a photo of it on. When I wore it I wore a normal bra and it didn’t show. As far as I recall it was a modest V in the front, as I wore it in church :). I would model it now except I can’t fit in it.

georgiapeach764@jbricks I think it’s also helpful to note that the elastic falls under the bust, not at the waist. It’s an empire style. So with the distance from shoulder to elastic, the chest is covered.
