lanihinkens @wilsomeg000 hi! yes this does have padding! Size wise it really does depend. I have seen many different sized people wearing this as the straps are adjustable. If I had to guess than I would say anything bigger than a C bra it probably would be too small. I will post some other pictures of people wearing this for reference:)
