theboldbohemian @starlet2be hello! the M is 17 inches across waist (fully stretched), 18 inches across bust and the L measures 17 inches across waist (fully stretched) and 18 inches bust, and both are 34 inches long. M is ideal for size 4-6, maybe 8 and L for 6-8, maybe 10 depending on how tight or loose you like the dress to fit. Thanks!
