Tie Front dress with asymmetrical hem. 98% Polyester, 2% Spandex.
PLEASE SEE SIZE CHARTS IN DESCRIPTION. I do not have hip or waist measurements. Hips are probably close to 4” smaller than bust sizes. You should order at least 2 sizes larger than normal.
