amgfitness12 @jillianka I measured around the waist band of the shorts and its 33 all around even below the band with ribbon tie. Hope this helps. Let me know if you need anything else

jillianka Hmm if you just measure across the top, and double will be approximate waist, and hip can be measured across, under zipper.

amgfitness12 @jillianka they are a true size 4! I did wear a 4 now I am a 6 with gaining muscle lol. I measured and it was 16 I chest across from zipper to edge! But 33 all around.
