Bust, waist, length in inches? Fabric content?

@janiejone shoulder to thigh hem is 32”, bust is 13” and waist is 12.25” flat lay dimensions. The material type is not listed. The exterior is soft and silky and interior is simply soft. Thanks for stopping by, any more questions feel free!
