@goosegossage33 Stick with medium large will be to big. Also the ties straps at back of neck make it adjustable. I am a 36d and have the medium for myself.

@robyncscott I had a medium for myself when I was a 36d last year but now I am a 36g and does not fit me. I would say between a medium and a large. This item doesn’t have much stretch in it so I would say go large for a 34ddd
