Brand new unbranded boutique item without tags. Chiffon polyester. Ruffled wrap dress with adjustable ties. Blue and white star print. I am a size 2 and 5 foot 8 wearing a small in the last 3 photos. Runs a bit small - especially length wise. Please note the measurements.
