This dress is made from 100% cotton elastic around the waist ruffle at the neck and on the hemline. Comes with pink polka dot belt. There is a pink and white polka dotted bow on the top ruffle of the dress and also one on the belt, the Bilt is elastic so it can stretch to fit the waist East.
Dress length from the top of the ruffle at shoulder to the bottom is 20"
Elastic belt it's 22" stretches to 32"
